 Success Story

Adam learnt how to play the guitar recently and is becoming really good at it. His favourite guitarists are Dimebag Darrell, Tom Morello and that guy with the high pitched voice in Coheed and Cambria. He likes playing punk songs from bands like Blink-182 as he finds them easier to play when compared to the technical intricacies of the playing styles of the heavy metal guitarists. Adam wants to play in a band but he doesn't feel that he's good enough. He likes to record himself while he plays his guitar and wishes that there were drums and bass sounds too. One day Adam came upon this site where he can upload his guitar tracks and search for tracks that he can play guitar over. Adam signed up and uploaded one of his guitar tracks, which is for the song called Dammit by Blink-182.

Brandon started playing drums recently too and wants to play in a band. He too, records his drum tracks and hopes that someday, he'll find friends that can play the guitar and bass parts for his covers. When Brandon saw that a member named Adam uploaded his guitar track for Dammit, he recorded his drum tracks for the same song and uploaded it, hoping that Adam will like his drum tracks and maybe collaborate with him someday.

Christina fell in love with the bass guitar after she saw the Red Hot Chili Peppers live in concert. She's gonna learn how to play the bass and play like Flea no matter what it takes! After months of practising alone in her bedroom, she felt that it was time to look for friends to jam with. She came upon this site and saw that there was a drum and guitar track for Blink-182's Dammit but no bass. She then played the bass for that song, recorded and uploaded it.

Adam logged in a few weeks later and found out that someone uploaded drums and bass tracks for the song. He downloaded the tracks and layered it over his own guitar tracks and he liked what he heard. He then sent a message to both Brandon and Christina to tell them he liked their tracks. They uploaded a few more instrumental tracks for some of their favourite songs and they found out that they sound quite good together. After a few more messages they decided to meet up and play music together. They're amazed at how much tighter they sound when they play together and they've also gotten so much better at their instruments from all those jamming sessions. All they need now is a vocalist...
